The newly upgraded double-jacketed glass reactor vessels are designed to simplify reaction, distillation, extraction, crystallization, and filtration processes. With excellent visibility and easy operation, the system supports temperature control from -100°C to +300°C, while offering outstanding vacuum sealing (≤ -0.098 MPa) during operation.
The reactor lid, designed with multiple flange-type necks (DN40, DN50, etc.), allows integration of stirrers, condensers, feed inlets, thermocouples, and more. A PTFE-covered stainless-steel stirring shaft ensures compatibility with corrosive materials, while the ceramic mechanical seal maintains high vacuum even during high-speed agitation.
Model | Volume (L) | Neck Ports | Inner Diameter (mm) | Stirring Power (W) | Torque (Nm) | Dimensions (mm) |

All models operate at 220V and support vacuum up to -0.098 MPa. Speed range: 50–600 rpm (up to 1400 rpm for small models).
Customizable Volumes from 1L to 200L
Double-layered borosilicate glass for thermal fluid circulation
Corrosion-resistant PTFE + stainless steel stirrer with high sealing performance
Multi-neck reactor lid with ports for distillation, reflux, sampling, and temperature measurement
Non-dead-angle PTFE discharge valve for fast, complete drainage
Explosion-proof optional motors and controls for volatile environments
Heavy-duty stainless steel frame ensures mobility, durability, and aesthetics
The Glass Jacketed Reactor Series is widely used in:
Chemical synthesis and reaction optimization
Distillation and solvent recovery processes
CBD and botanical extractions
Biochemical and pharmaceutical product development
Material science, polymer research, and pilot plant testing
These systems are also popular in teaching labs, R&D centers, and custom synthesis facilities, where repeatability, visibility, and control are essential.
